Conservative Councillor for Galleywood
Janette has lived in Galleywood for nearly thirty years with her husband and has been honoured to be your Chelmsford Borough Councillor for twenty of those years.
She has been Cabinet Member for Waste Management and Recycling for the past six years and the borough’s recycling rate has doubled, with both plastics and cardboard collections being brought in.
At present Janette is Vice Chairman of the Galleywood Heritage Centre, and is a former Deputy Mayor of Chelmsford Council. She is also a long-standing member of Galleywood Parish Council.
