Conservative Councillor for Springfield North

Louis Ward

Louis is standing for election to Chelmsford City Council for the first time for North Springfield, but is no stranger to community involvement having been a candidate in 2011 for Goat Hall ward.

He has lived in Chelmsford since 2004 having moved here from East London. Louis studied at the University of Essex where he read law and later trained as a Barrister, being called to the Bar in 2009. He is now a Supervisor of Asset Managers at the Financial Conduct Authority in London. Louis is currently chairman of Chelmsford Conservative Future, the youth wing of the Party, and is actively engaged in policy development both nationally and locally. Louis enjoys a number of hobbies, including football, which he plays regularly. He also enjoys films and television and is an avid reader.

Many of Louis family and friends also live in North Springfield, so he is well placed to represent you along with Paul and Susan on the city council, and would ask for your vote on 7th May
