Conservative Councillor for Rettendon & Runwell
Is a long established resident of Runwell, married with children and grandchildren.
The majority of his career has been spent working in the fashion industry in a variety of key positions for a number of organisations and also his own companies. This work between the 70’s and 90’s involved travel throughout Europe, Turkey and Hong Kong where he gained a wealth of experience working with different peoples and cultures.
Lance moved from London to Runwell in 1999 and since then has gained much local knowledge of Runwell, Rettendon and the surrounding areas through working for a well established Property and Estate company in Wickford. Lance was elected to Chelmsford Borough Council in 2007 and has been closely involved with council affairs serving on the planning committee and the audit governance and scrutiny committee both of which are high profile and important decision making groups.
He is passionate about local issues and committed to positive change that will benefit the community.
His hobbies include keeping fit, football, reading, music, travel and food and wine.
