Conservative Councillor for Great Baddow

Jenny Chandler - Conservative Candidate for Great Baddow

I am an Essex girl born and bred (and proud to be so!).

I have lived in Great Baddow for 35 years and it is where I brought up my family.  My two sons were both educated at The Sandon School where I served as Deputy Chairman of the Governing Body.

I have worked locally in Great Baddow and Chelmsford in various administrative and secretarial roles.  In 2000 I joined a boutique PR firm in London as office manager.  I now work part-time, am a Deputy Chairman of Chelmsford Conservative Association and a volunteer at Broomfield Hospital

Both in my private and personal life I am well aware of the need for good money management and am a firm believer that “living within your means” should apply to local government as well as central government.  Council taxpayers are entitled to get value for their money and the Conservative led Borough Council by prudent management has delivered that, whilst continuing to provide excellent service to the people of Chelmsford.
